Senior Electronics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a key member of our Hardware and Embedded Systems Engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative electronics solutions that enable awesome play experiences for LEGO fans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop microelectronics solutions that meet all safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new electronics capabilities
  • Lead the development of complex mechatronic systems that integrate electronics, mechanics, and software
  • Ensure that electronics solutions are aligned with our architectural blueprint and meet all requirements
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in microelectronics design and development roles
  • Strong experience in modern high-volume microelectronics development in relevant markets
  • Demonstrated skills in navigating and making thoughtful decisions pertaining to embedded system-related hardware/software interdependencies and trade-offs
  • Ability to travel as necessary, roughly 20-30 days per year

  • Competitive salary range of $109,000 - $163,000 with bonus eligibility
