We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge RN to join our 5-Star Skilled Nursing team at Valle Verde, a HumanGood community in Santa Barbara. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for ensuring the total nursing needs of our residents are met while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a current RN license (or obtaining within 90 days) in the state for which applying and current CPR certification. Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred.
Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm
- Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
- Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care
- Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $51 - $57 (DOE) with shift differentials for Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer match, and tuition reimbursement.
