About the Opportunity: As a Patient Services Coordinator at Taylorville Memorial Hospital, you will have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and customer service, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, working closely with providers, nurses, and other support staff to ensure seamless care transitions and outstanding patient experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the nursing team by preparing exam rooms, stocking supplies, and assisting with patient procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process changes to drive positive outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state license to practice practical nursing required.
  • Valid CPR certification required.
  • Maintains state required CME.
  • Prior computer experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinic setting preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for professional growth, development, and advancement in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
