- Collaborate with executive leaders to develop and implement business strategies, leveraging your expertise in human capital to drive business outcomes.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to senior executives and leaders, helping them build effective organizations and teams.
- Drive organizational development and design across multiple divisions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure human capital outcomes, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Partner with COEs and shared services to deliver human capital products and services that support business objectives.
- 15+ years of progressive human capital experience in a mid-size or large organization, with experience influencing at an executive leadership level.
- 5+ years of formal people leadership experience.
- C-Suite/Managing Partner-level business acumen.
- Demonstrated business consultancy and influencing capabilities at the C-Suite/Managing Partner level.
- Experience developing, building, and maintaining trusting business partnerships at the C-Suite/Managing Partner level and across HR organizations.
