5 Legal is a leading law firm that specializes in commercial real estate transactions, developments, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. We are seeking an experienced attorney associate to join our Real Estate Development and Investments Practice Group in Houston.
Estimated Salary:$150,000 - $220,000 per year.
Job Description:
We are looking for an attorney associate with 3-4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of developments, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of documents related to these transactions, as well as communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate law and transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- State bar of Texas license preferred but not required
