About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Remediation Analyst to join our team at Saxon Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vulnerability assessment and remediation, with a focus on Windows-based systems. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting of VA reports received and identifying vulnerabilities from tools (Qualys/Tenable) (if present)
  • Closely work with Information Security teams to coordinate with end users, application owners, value stream owners via tickets or by phone/Teams to remediate vulnerabilities
  • Investigate and identify root causes of vulnerabilities with a curious mindset
  • Coordinate with 3rd line support team, Architects, suppliers, etc. to ensure seamless remediation
  • Follow and report status to stakeholders and management
  • Recommend and implement Windows Hardening on workstations and servers
  • Own the Windows Patching either internal SCCM or WSUS for Business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university and 4+ Years of relevant work experience
  • AZ 500 and MS 500 Certification will be added advantage
  • Packaging knowledge in SCCM is required
  • Self-starter personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and experience working in multi-cultural environments
  • Customer-centric approach with ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Innovative self-starter with passion to help teams using creativity to solve problems
  • Collaborative work ethic working in fast-paced environments
  • Understanding of IT and system development life cycle
