We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to become a vital part of our Federal Advisory team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to design and implement change management strategies that align with their objectives, including interactions with senior executives.
- Lead and manage change management initiatives through comprehensive planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of change management strategies, which encompass communication plans, training programs, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with various project teams to identify change impacts and devise strategies that facilitate stakeholder transition towards desired outcomes.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in pursuit activities.
- Help refine and enhance methodologies and intellectual resources, including writing articles, whitepapers, and training materials.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in change management, including communication strategies, content creation, training, stakeholder engagement, and cultural transformation.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in business transformation initiatives, particularly in process enhancement and change management.
- Strong grasp of business operations, project management practices, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to guide teams in developing change management strategies and producing high-quality deliverables.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to support engagements.
- U.S. Citizenship is required, along with an active U.S. Federal Government Secret Security Clearance.
