Job Description

PA Care, LLC is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients struggling with addiction.

As an LPN, you will play a critical role in saving lives by administering medication, conducting blood draws, and providing education to patients on methadone maintenance and detoxification.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compliance with MAT program protocols

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication under the direction of a physician
  • Ensure treatment plans are followed
  • Conduct Mantoux testing and blood draws
  • Assist in training staff on medical and health and safety matters
  • Provide education to patients on lab results and medical matters
  • Other duties as needed
