Job Title: Assistant Customer Technical Representative

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Customer Technical Representative to support our PEO Digital customer located in the Washington DC Navy Yard.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our customer, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order new NMCI seats and request changes to existing NMCI services
  • Track, coordinate, and resolve day-to-day software, hardware, and NMCI operational issues, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Take corrective action to initiate the resolution of application outages within one hour of notification
  • Assist with technical refreshes of NMCI assets, including providing notifications, instructions, and basic troubleshooting
  • Provide guidance and training regarding NMCI matters
  • Track NMCI expenses for services and communicate NMCI guidance to the assigned Government organization
  • Address NMCI user issues by assisting with basic troubleshooting and referring complex issues to the NMCI help desk
  • Track items such as computers, cell phones, and Wi-Fi devices issued to personnel
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, coordination, and data mining skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
