The culinary offerings range from imported salumi to house-made fresh pasta and dry-aged Chianina Beef.

We are looking for dedicated Line Cooks who possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and stock kitchen stations with essential supplies
  • Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to cook menu items
  • Follow directives from executive or sous chefs
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and manage leftover food
  • Accurately stock inventory
  • Ensure timely and high-quality food presentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in high-volume and fine dining settings
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent experience is strongly preferred
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
