- Record Patient Interactions: Accurately record all patient interactions in the EMR system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Triage and Prioritize Care: Use clinical judgment to evaluate the urgency of patient conditions and prioritize care based on the severity of symptoms.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in medical terminology.
