Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
  • Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations to promote financial wellness.
  • Assist in the annual plan review and financial education planning process to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  • Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them about plan participation and benefits.
  • Travel may be required for new plan enrollments and other business needs.
