We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at St. James Place Retirement Community. Responsibilities- Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care and restorative services
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care, resident assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation to meet resident needs
- Supervise nursing assistants and ensure the provision of quality care and health services
- Represent the corporation in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Current unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- At least one year of experience in long-term care, preferably with residents in advanced stage dementia
- Current Health Care Provider CPR certification
- Competitive salary range: $25-$29/hour
- Hiring bonus for full-time positions: $1,500 ($750 after 30 days and $750 after 6 months)
