Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all Wells material and logistics processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Logistics Manager/Lead and contractor organizations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Wells, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely logistics and materials management, including customs procedures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Well Site Supervisors, dispatching services and products from suppliers accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain meticulous logs of all calls and email requests in the tracking system, documenting supplier interactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Send timely confirmations to Well Site Supervisors regarding required actions and dispatch details, ensuring seamless logistics execution.
  • Collaborate with procurement to influence contracting, materials management, and logistics plans, including customs procedures and local transportation and logistics capabilities.
  • Evaluate and report on the qualifications and limitations of logistics contractors to the Logistics Manager/Lead, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Ensure logistics execution meets safety, quality, availability, and reliability standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and endorse vendor support infrastructures that align with our operational needs, ensuring seamless logistics execution.
  • Stay informed about local and national environmental and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work with other Logistics Coordinators and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Verify that delivery documentation is complete and aligns with Purchase Order (PO) terms, ensuring accurate and timely logistics execution.
  • Create material receipts and track material transfers using ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely logistics execution.
  • Maintain detailed records of major transactions, shipments, and POs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and manage internal and external shipments effectively, ensuring timely and efficient logistics execution.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Enter orders received through various communication methods into the computer system, ensuring accurate and timely logistics execution.
  • Participate in planning and prioritization meetings with key customers, ensuring alignment with company standards and procedures.
  • Proactively forecast and order materials and services to support Wells operations, ensuring timely and efficient logistics execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience in logistics planning, execution, construction, safety, and procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and regulations.
  • Excellent writing skills for reports, correspondence, and procedural manuals.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites as needed.
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts, with the ability to rotate shift assignments monthly.
  • Good understanding of service and product applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in documenting all dispatch activities.
