Position Overview: The Assessment Supervisor will oversee the administration of examinations for nursing students in a digital testing environment. The individual will be tasked with verifying identity, managing entry, arranging seating, and supervising candidates in accordance with established protocols. Additionally, the supervisor will organize testing materials and examination rooms prior to the candidates' arrival and ensure compliance during the testing sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing Environment Management: Prepare and maintain the computer testing facility ahead of scheduled assessments. Monitor the functionality of computers; address common technical issues. Restore the testing area to its original setup after exams conclude.
- Exam Oversight: Supervise computer-based assessments, confirm valid identification as required for exam entry, assist candidates with login procedures, resolve testing-related issues as needed, and enforce all applicable rules and regulations.
- Experience: Prior experience in a higher education setting is highly desirable, though not mandatory. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) is also preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, internet usage, and email is essential.
