We are actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - Observation position in Cleveland, OH. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and develop expertise in various areas such as cardiac care, wound management, and education.
About the RoleThis full-time, part-time, or per diem position requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a safe and supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in educational programs and training initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio
