Job Description

This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments of patients, analyzing test results, and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. You will be responsible for administering respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and incentive spirometry, as well as monitoring and evaluating patient progress.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including reviewing medical history and performing physical exams.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Respiratory Therapy Administration: Administer various respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and incentive spirometry.
  • Monitoring and Evaluating Patient Progress: Continuously monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust therapy as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of respiratory therapy principles and practices. A degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field, along with relevant certifications and experience, are also essential.
