As a Clinical Care Specialist in our pediatric support team, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class healthcare services to children and families.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks, including performing screenings and treatments, gathering information related to health maintenance, identifying medication changes, updating allergy information, collecting specimens, and documenting patient care. Additionally, you will monitor and communicate changes in patient condition, maintain equipment and medical supplies, and perform administrative duties such as filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have graduated from an approved medical assisting program or have equivalent military training. Completion of a clinical externship or extensive clinical experience is also required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Medical Assisting certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA), and successful completion of a Cleveland Clinic externship.

Work Environment
This position requires manual dexterity to operate office equipment, extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting, and good visual acuity. Physical demands include exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $43,000 - $60,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Salaries may vary depending on factors such as location, education level, and job requirements.
