Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Occupational Health Field Specialist to join our team. As a Mobile Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site occupational health services to clients across the United States.

This is a full-time travel position that requires 100% travel nationally using a company-provided vehicle, headquartered out of Rockford, IL. You will be working in various industrial settings, conducting audiometric screening, respiratory fit testing, vision, and diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute our audiometric screening process as a mobile field technician, including respiratory fit testing, vision, and diagnostic services.
  • Perform audiometric screening for client employees in various industrial settings.
  • Conduct hearing conservation training protocol by speaking from a learned script within a specified timeframe.
  • Work with minimal direct supervision, prioritizing tasks, self-starting, and possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • $50,000 - $65,000 per year salary, hotel discount programs, and HCI-branded scrubs.
  • Per diem while traveling, training, or performing health screenings.
  • Full range of health insurance coverage, including standard health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability after one month of service.
  • Vacation time up to two weeks in the first calendar year of service (pro-rated based on date of hire).
