About the Role

At Seattle Children's, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nursing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership, you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations and supporting staff working with a group of sub-specialty clinics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical operations, including patient care, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Chiefs, Ambulatory Directors, and other leaders to implement strategic initiatives for Ambulatory Services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a pediatric setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in nursing administration.
  • National certification in a clinical specialty area (obtained within 3 years of employment).
  • Current Washington State RN license and BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing or business-related field.
  • Recent clinical experience in a pediatric ambulatory setting.
  • Experience in an ambulatory management and/or leadership role.

Compensation

$126,805 - $190,207 per year (estimated based on full-time employment and location)
