About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our Pediatric ICU team at Seattle Children's. This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing leader to provide exceptional patient care, mentorship, and education to our team members.

Job Summary:

  • To lead and coordinate the care of critically ill pediatric patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU)
  • To supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
  • To ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and satisfaction
  • To collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Salary and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $47.60 - $89.80 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric ICU setting
  • Current Washington State RN License or ability to obtain
  • BLS certification and PALS certification within 6 months of employment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
