About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Manager to lead our pediatric ambulatory operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing clinical operations, supporting staff, and driving continuous performance improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage medical clinic operations and support staff in a fast-paced pediatric setting.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in nursing leadership or management.
  • Current BLS certification and proficiency in point-of-care testing.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a business-related field is preferred.
