This role requires a license to practice law in Connecticut, or the ability to waive in, or awaiting bar results.

Some form of immigration law experience is necessary.

This position can be fully remote, but client meetings must be done in person, in Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation for clients in removal defense cases

• Collaborate with the non-profit organization to achieve its mission

• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and regulations

Requirements:

• License to practice law in Connecticut, or ability to waive in, or awaiting bar results

• Some form of immigration law experience
