Transactional Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transactional Attorney to join our team at TemPositions. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch legal advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mergers and Acquisitions: You will navigate complex transactions with precision and expertise, ensuring seamless integration and successful outcomes.
• Secured Finance Transactions: You will structure and negotiate high-stakes deals, providing expert guidance and support to our clients.
• Contracts: You will draft, review, and manage a variety of business contracts, ensuring compliance and optimal results.
• Business and Commercial Real Estate: You will provide expert legal advice on property transactions, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes.
• Business Formations: You will guide new businesses from inception to operation, providing comprehensive legal support and guidance.
• General Business Practice: You will offer comprehensive legal support to diverse clients, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of business matters.

Requirements:

• Licensed to Practice Law in Connecticut: You must hold a valid Connecticut law license.
