Key Responsibilities- Documentation Review: Conduct daily internal reviews of clinical staff documentation, focused reviews, and problem identification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Communicate all important developments and findings from internal reviews to the clinical supervisor and collaborate with the clinical team regarding recommendations for improvement.
- Chart Documentation: Provide ongoing tracking of all necessary chart documentation and ensure compliance with timeliness as mandated by applicable legislative and accrediting organizations.
- Training and Development: Create and implement clinical documentation trainings to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology or another health-related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of specific Behavioral Health clinical knowledge preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic medical records, experience with Kipu preferred.
- Soft Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback, proficient verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of Clinical and Medical Compliance according to state and federal guidelines/The Joint Commission.
