Company Overview:

EvidenceCare is a fast-paced tech company scaling its market share with innovative healthcare products. Our products address the needs of inefficient healthcare delivery and disrupt the status quo.

We are a unique clinical decision support system (CDSS) because of our EHR-integrated platform that optimizes clinician workflows to deliver better patient care, reduce hospital costs, and capture more revenue.

Founded in response to the professional experience of emergency physician Dr. Brian Fengler, our platform provides clinicians with evidence-based care and measurable outcomes.

Company Mission:

Empower better care decisions.

Company Values:

Grit, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork, Integrity, and Fun

The Ideal Candidate:

We want every team member to achieve their dreams while at EvidenceCare and to enjoy the journey together.

We want people who communicate well, take ownership of projects, but also work collaboratively in team settings and desire to get a little bit better each day.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a quality and support specialist who can help us ensure that our applications are reliably delivering the value they promise, and that our deployments are consistently adding innovation without introducing regression issues.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both technical testing tasks and interacting with customers to expediently address their concerns or issues.

Our team is dedicated to improving healthcare provider workflows and driving client success, and you will be a key member.

You will work in a fast-paced growth environment with the unique opportunity to demonstrate and develop a wide range of skills, work with smart and dedicated people, and address the real-world complexity of healthcare technology in a clinical setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  3. Take a direct role in the software development cycle and live customer support
  4. Lead EvidenceCare's Product Quality efforts by designing and executing test plans
  5. Work with both existing product features and the newest development, taking responsibility for both unit and end-to-end testing
  6. Take ownership for identifying, triaging, prioritizing and resolving issues, including customer-reported problems
  7. Engage with customers to not only resolve immediate issues but also to identify insights that can help prevent issues in the future
  8. Maintain reliability and innovation while avoiding regressions
  9. Assess and anticipate risks; be proactive
