Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team at The Affiliated Sante Group. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will play a vital role in providing empathetic and potentially life-saving care to individuals in crisis.

About the Role

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and crisis interventions, including de-escalation and crisis planning.
  • Effectively communicate clients' needs and make internal agency or community referrals.
  • Serve as a liaison for collaboration with families, friends, and local partners.
  • Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and our services.
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study and at least one year of professional experience.
  • Current licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW, LCPC) or eligibility to become licensed.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.
