Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Superintendent for our national Mission Critical Business Unit. This role involves overseeing on-site operations and ensuring quality control for design/build construction projects. The selected candidate will review project documents, address scope modifications during construction, and ensure that Clayco projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. The Superintendent will monitor fieldwork to confirm compliance with drawings and specifications, collaborating closely with clients and team members on projects valued between $20 million and $200 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data center construction projects valued at $30 million or more.
  • Supervise construction personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Maintain a strong safety record and uphold a commitment to quality.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and readiness to travel or relocate as necessary.
  • Demonstrate creativity and a results-driven approach with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to navigate job sites, including climbing ladders and multi-floor scaffolding.
  • Capable of lifting objects weighing at least 60 lbs.
