Job Summary:
The Account Executive - Ticket Sales will be responsible for selling new season ticket accounts and retaining a portion of season ticket accounts that they personally sold from previous years. This role is a key contributor to the growth of ticket sales for the Milwaukee Brewers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with all renewed season ticket accounts as well as all group accounts to provide superior service with focus of retaining accounts from year-to-year.
- Build relationships with accounts through organized meet and greet sessions, seat visits, video campaigns, and other sales initiatives.
- Follow up on all sales leads to sell new season ticket and group accounts, assign seat locations, and secure and process all payments.
- Create and maintain customer information for both existing accounts and prospects through a customer relationship management program.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings to provide input on creative sales ideas and feedback on successes and challenges.
- Provide thoughts and ideas on new sales and retention initiatives for each sales campaign.
- Represent the Sales Team at the Season Seat Holder Headquarters on assigned game dates.
- Identify market segments and market opportunities to pursue for growth of ticket sales.
- Meet daily call quotas to attain individual and departmental sales goals.
Requirements:
- One to three years of experience in ticket sales.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
