- Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication reminders, personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Adhere to the individualized care plans established by supervisors.
- Provide emotional and social engagement to residents, fostering a supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of assistance provided each day.
- Uphold the independence and dignity of each resident.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of residents is respected at all times.
- Respond promptly to concerns raised by residents, families, or colleagues, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit a professional and positive attitude towards residents, visitors, and fellow staff members.
- Previous experience in a nursing or senior care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Must demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a helpful demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capability to make sound independent decisions when necessary.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards residents and coworkers.
Courtyard Fountains offers a robust benefits package for eligible team members, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and paid time off. All positions are eligible for DailyPay, allowing access to earned wages before the next payday.
