Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Hospice Services to lead our branch operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Drive business growth through strategic planning and implementation of operational strategies\
  3. Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services\
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements\
  5. Collaborate with nursing directors to ensure seamless patient intake and satisfaction\
  6. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress\
  7. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies\
  8. Oversight of internal billing and collection efforts to generate clean claims\
  9. Develops and implements training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge\
  10. Ensures that all employees are properly trained and oriented to their roles\\/ol>\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR\
  • Valid RN and CPR License in the state of application\
  • 2-3 Years Hospice Management Experience\\/ul>\
