About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembler - Pumps, Cyclones & Valves Specialist to join our team at FLSmidth & Co. A/S. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing pump and valve components to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify work orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Inspect and prepare components for assembly, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards
  • Perform quality control checks on assembled components, including pressure testing and dimensional verification
  • Prepare components for painting and coating, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production processes and meet customer demands
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the pump and valve industry
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including fire hazards, electrical, and mechanical devices
