Overview

Tesla's Supplier Industrialization team is responsible for critical component development and qualification activities at suppliers. Specifically, this role will focus on thermal systems tied into one of our four automobiles (Model S, Model X, Model 3, and/or Model Y) and electro-mechanical systems for the Tesla Bot.

Job Description

This role involves communicating well with internal and external teams, traveling to suppliers in different regions, and making critical decisions on the spot. The goal is to deliver high-quality component parts on time to enable rapid development cycles and product launches.
