Job Description:

IDR Healthcare is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a traveling therapist. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with IDR Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and clients, providing high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients and clients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and schools.
  • Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients and clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Document patient and client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of North Carolina.
  • Experience working with patients and clients with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
