Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business requirements, including problem statements, user stories, security requirements, and performance expectations.
  • Align business requirements with business process diagrams and system diagrams.
  • Orchestrate clarifications with business teams on behalf of the development team.
  • Document acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements, and UI/UX specs.
  • Lead FIT/GAP analysis and system comparisons.
  • Support user acceptance testing and hyper care.
  • Provide functional/application expertise within the assigned function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology.
  • Up to 20% travel by car or airplane to visit business units.
  • Strong project management, relationship building, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis.
  • Experience with Azure Dev ops.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • HAZ Waste industry experience.
