Key Responsibilities
  • Safe Student Transportation: Safely transport students to and from school, adhering to strict timetables and protocols.
  • Cleanliness and Professionalism: Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times, reflecting positively on National Express LLC.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Incident Reporting: Report any incidents or accidents to management promptly.
Qualifications
  • Age and Licensing: Be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee School Bus Drivers) and hold a valid state license and necessary certifications.
  • Physical and Medical Requirements: Meet and pass physical and medical requirements for the role.
  • Training Programs: Successfully complete all training programs.
  • Defensive Driving Techniques: Practice defensive driving techniques at all times.
