Student Transportation Operator

We are a leading provider of student transportation services, dedicated to ensuring the safe and reliable movement of children to and from school.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated hourly pay for this position is $20/hour, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance coverage, holiday pay, and PTO accrual.
Job Responsibilities- Operate a school bus or other location-specific vehicle with a fixed or changing route, prioritizing safety and reliability.
- Exhibit high ethical standards and personal integrity, reporting any suspicious behavior to supervisors or managers.
- Maintain routes on time while ensuring passenger safety, physically assisting in emergency evacuations if necessary.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee School Bus Drivers)
- Possess a valid state license and meet physical and medical requirements
- Satisfactorily complete training programs and pass substance abuse screenings
