Job Summary

The Field HSE Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the overall safety and well-being of employees and the environment on construction sites. This position requires a strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Enforcement: Ensure that all employees and contractors adhere to safety regulations and protocols, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Accident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols, and ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and employees to ensure that safety protocols are followed and that any safety concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing safety regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a safety-related role, with a minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of safety regulations and protocols, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
