Job Summary

The Field HSE Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the overall safety and well-being of employees and the environment on construction sites. This position requires a strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Create and implement safety programs to prevent accidents and injuries on construction sites.
  • Conduct Site Audits: Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Train and Educate Employees: Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate Incidents: Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety protocols are integrated into project plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in safety management, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures.
