Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Northshore. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the health and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient histories and examinations, order medications and treatments, and record progress notes.
  • Review laboratory and diagnostic test results, evaluate patient condition, and assist in preparing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians in complex patient situations and instruct patients and families in proper healthcare and illness prevention measures.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the field and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
Requirements
  • Three years or more of experience in family medicine preferred.
  • State of Illinois Registered Nurse license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license, or current NCCPA certification and State of Illinois PA license.
  • Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
