Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at NorthShore University HealthSystem. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the health and well-being of patients in a busy family practice office.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient histories and examinations, order medications and treatments, and record progress notes
- Review laboratory and diagnostic test results, evaluate patient condition, and assist in preparing treatment plans
- Instruct patients and families on proper healthcare and illness prevention measures
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the field
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in medical records
- Three years or more of experience in family medicine preferred
- FNPs: State of Illinois Registered Nurse license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license or pending
- PAs: current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
- Current CPR certification issued by either the American Heart Association or Red Cross
