Position Overview

Skills Required
Mathematical Proficiency:
Capability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure, utilizing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Proficiency in calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
Language Proficiency:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical guidelines, or governmental regulations. Competence in drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to effectively communicate information and address inquiries from leadership, team members, stakeholders, and external entities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Additional Skills and Competencies:
Ability to comprehend, read, write, and converse in English. Embraces and articulates the integrated healthcare philosophy at home.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
The responsibilities of this position require the team member to competently execute essential functions. Adjustments can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities.
Regular activities include standing, walking, and manual dexterity, along with the capacity to lift and transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Visual acuity requirements encompass close and distant vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
