Key Responsibilities

  • Storage Unit Management: Conduct daily storage unit inspections, confirm inventory, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
  • Cash Handling: Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with customers, providing reminders and collection calls as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, restaurant, or fast food industries.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations and other business-related tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift/move items up to 35 pounds, walk in/outdoor environments, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
