Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to customers while ensuring their rental experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting customers with U-Haul products and services
  • Managing rentals and inventory using U-Scan technology
  • Maintaining equipment on the lot, including cleaning and inspecting vehicles
  • Providing education and support to customers on our products and services
  • Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returns
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:

This role involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:

This role requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, moving around indoors and outdoors, and positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights. You may also be required to move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 pounds, assisted or unassisted.
