Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to lead our field marketing strategy and team in North America. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and building brand awareness within the region.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing, demand generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). They will possess excellent leadership skills, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

About the Role:
  • Leadership and Strategy:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy aligned with overall company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of seasoned field marketers to ensure successful implementation of marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Communicate strategy to team, measure performance regularly, adjust plans as needed to reach goals.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
  • Design and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and drive hyper-personalized marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with campaigns and sales teams to identify target accounts and develop tailored marketing plans Develop many-to-1, 1-1 campaign playbooks for use in the field.
  • Measure and optimize campaigns to ensure effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Program Management:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of regional marketing programs, events, and campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Develop and manage field marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing Return on Investment (ROMI).
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to continuously improve and optimize efforts.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong track record of leading and managing successful marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
