Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Student Enrollment Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for recruiting students who are academically qualified for admission to Rochester Christian University.

The successful candidate will identify prospective undergraduate students using various resources and lead them through the admission process. They will also travel to high schools, community colleges, churches, college fairs, and other events to recruit prospective students and build relationships with guidance counselors and centers of influence.

This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to make frequent public presentations to a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and creative, with the ability to portray a professional image and interact with all levels of staff, faculty, and administration.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, enrollment advising, sales or marketing, as well as a Bachelor Degree in a related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, is also a plus. A valid driver's license and support for the University mission are required.

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective undergraduate students using various resources and lead them through the admission process.
  • Travel to high schools, community colleges, churches, college fairs, and other events to recruit prospective students and build relationships with guidance counselors and centers of influence.
  • Prioritize and complete timely communication with prospective students through the use of preferred communication tools.
  • Utilize the features of the SalesForce CRM in all student recruitment efforts and document all activities with prospective students during the admission process.
  • Maintain direct knowledge of Rochester Christian University traditional academic programs, policies, and procedures, as well as industry practices in higher education.
  • Promote Rochester Christian University to prospective students and their families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, enrollment advising, sales or marketing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Support for the University mission.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
