Key Responsibilities

  • Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement tailored solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Execute pest treatments and install products to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and propose effective solutions for pest challenges, recommending suitable services to address their concerns. Inform customers about additional service options that may enhance their experience.
  • Ongoing Education: Gain expertise in the various products and services through provided, compensated training. Stay updated on the latest industry developments, trends, technologies, and regulations in pest management. Participate in employer-sponsored training on innovative methods, products, and services in pest control solutions. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.

Position Requirements

  • Successfully pass pre-employment background screening.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts as needed.
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication skills, eagerness to learn about pest management, and comfort with self-directed work following training.

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $21.83 per hour. In addition to the base pay, colleagues in this role who have completed training may qualify for additional monetary compensation, including overtime, incentives, and/or commission pay. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes, and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
