Key ResponsibilitiesService Support
  • Act as a backup for Service Technicians, providing coverage during absences and additional support as required.
Pest Control
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify the source of pest issues.
  • Provide pest control services to residential and commercial clients.
  • Perform exterior sealing to prevent rodent and wildlife entry.
  • Conduct inspections for wood-destroying organisms and treat for termites and other pests.
Minor Construction and Repair
  • Assist with light construction tasks including patios, doors, and walls.
  • Support Repair Technicians with wood damage replacement.
Continuous Learning
  • Stay informed about the latest pest control products and industry trends.
  • Participate in training programs provided by Rentokil to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by regulations.
Position Requirements
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts during peak demand.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Customer-facing experience is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely.
  • Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 35 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn about pest control products and services.
  • Ability to work independently after training.
