As a Residential Sales Specialist (Generator Solutions), you will play a crucial role in our sales operations, driving the growth and success of our business. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage all sales activities for your assigned clientele. You will receive comprehensive support throughout the entire process, from lead generation to contract finalization and installation coordination, allowing you to concentrate on sales and customer engagement.

In this dynamic role, you will adapt swiftly to changes and stay proficient with essential software tools (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Dropbox). Your customer-centric approach will shine through in every interaction with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000+ annually; base salary plus commission.

Employee Benefits: Medical insurance (95% covered for employees), Dental, Vision, 401k with company match up to 4%, 52 hours of Paid Time Off, Sick Leave accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked, 11 Paid Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment of mechanical and electrical projects (Generator Installations).
  • Engage in direct communication with clients (strong email and phone skills required).
  • Deliver proactive, clear, and timely updates to team members.
  • Foster relationships with homeowners and general contractors.

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in Sales.
  • Understanding of financing options for goods and services (e.g., automotive loans, home improvement financing).
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Excel, Google Docs); comfortable with technology and new software.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all management levels while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and observant, ensuring seamless sales operations.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, dependable, and willing to work additional hours as necessary.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive, warm, and empathetic demeanor towards customers, business partners, and colleagues.
