Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. As a member of our skilled nursing neighborhood, you will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing. You will also follow established policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of care and safety for our residents. We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to providing compassionate care and has excellent communication skills to work effectively with our residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care services, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and services, including medication management, therapy, and activities
  • Document resident care and progress in accordance with Acts' policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
